How long does my order take to arrive?

In Spain (mainland): 1 to 3 business days. In Europe: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are processed the same business day. You can check the exact delivery times during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! We ship to all of Europe and the rest of the world. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination; you can check all the details during the checkout process.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we generate the shipping label, you will receive an email with your tracking number and updates on the status of your order. You can also check it from your store account.

Are there customs charges on international orders?

Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs charges. For orders outside the EU, local charges may be generated and are the responsibility of the recipient according to the legislation of each country. Robin Hat has no control over these charges.

I haven't received my order, what can I do?

What is Robin Custom?

Is there a minimum order for customization?

No. For individual embroidery there is no minimum order: you can customize from just a single unit. For exclusive designs via Robin Custom, the quote is based on complexity, also with no mandatory minimum.

How long does a custom order take?

After approving the design, the estimated production time is 7 to 10 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location. You will receive the digital sketch within ≤ 24 business hours after submitting the form.

Can I embroider my logo on the cap?

Yes. We do individual embroidery on any cap with no minimum order. For more complex logos or designs on multiple products, use the Robin Custom form and we will send you a quote.

What customization techniques do you use?

We work with three techniques: sublimation (high-fidelity prints), embroidery (raised logo or text), and vinyl (precise and durable finish). The most suitable technique depends on the product and the design.

Do you offer discounts for large or corporate orders?

Yes. For clinics, hospitals, or teams, we offer a customized quote with potential volume discounts. Fill out the Robin Custom form with the quantities and requirements of your project, and we will respond within ≤ 24 business hours.

Can I request a sample before confirming a large order?

What is Smart Shield Textile?

Smart Shield Textile is Robin Hat's exclusive textile technology: our own fabric that filters particles and bacteria while allowing active breathability. We are the only surgical cap on the market with this technology.

How many washes can the cap withstand?

Caps with Smart Shield Textile withstand up to 300 washes without losing their breathability, barrier, strength, and lightweight properties.

At what temperature can the cap be washed?

Caps with Smart Shield Textile are suitable for high-temperature washing, up to 90 °C, without losing their properties. They are certified with OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

What size are the surgical caps?

Our caps are one-size-fits-all adjustable, suitable for head circumferences of approximately 54 to 62 cm. The adjustment system allows them to be comfortably adapted to any type of hair.

Do you have caps for long hair?

What certifications do Robin Hat caps have?
