How can I track my order?

As soon as we generate the shipping label, you will receive an email with your tracking number and updates on the status of your order. You can also check it from your store account.

Are there customs charges on international orders?

Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs charges. For orders outside the EU, local charges may be generated and are the responsibility of the recipient according to the legislation of each country. Robin Hat has no control over these charges.

I haven't received my order, what can I do?

What is the deadline for making a return or exchange?

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange. The product must be unused, unwashed, and with its original tag.

Personalized products (embroidery or exclusive designs via Robin Custom) are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect documented with a photo or video. Contact us and we will manage it.

Is there a minimum order for customization?

No. For individual embroidery there is no minimum order: you can customize from just a single unit. For exclusive designs via Robin Custom, the quote is based on complexity, also with no mandatory minimum.

How long does a custom order take?

After approving the design, the estimated production time is 7 to 10 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location. You will receive the digital sketch within ≤ 24 business hours after submitting the form.

Can I embroider my logo on the cap?

Yes. We do individual embroidery on any cap with no minimum order. For more complex logos or designs on multiple products, use the Robin Custom form and we will send you a quote.
